Justice Brock Jones was appointed a judge of the Ontario Court of Justice on December 30, 2021. Prior to his appointment, Justice Jones was an Assistant Crown Attorney in the Scarborough Crown Attorney’s office. From 2012-2018 he was an adjunct professor at the Faculty of Law, University of Toronto. In 2020, he received the Ontario Bar Association’s Award for Excellence in Criminal Justice. Justice Jones is also a co-author of Modern Criminal Evidence (Emond Publishing) , which won the Walter Owen Book Prize in 2023.
