Sarah Glickman

Sarah Glickman is an associate at Olthuis Kleer Townshend LLP. She has appeared at various levels of court including the Federal Court of Appeal and the Court of Appeal for New Brunswick. Sarah is building a litigation practice supporting the assertion and advancement of First Nations’ jurisdiction through Aboriginal rights and Treaty rights matters. Sarah also works on First Nations’ governance matters.

Prior to joining OKT, Sarah practiced criminal defence and family law. She holds a JD from Osgoode Hall Law School where she worked as a Criminal Law Division Leader at the Community Legal Aid Services Program. Sarah obtained her Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology and English from the University of Toronto.
