She has extensive experience managing high-volume immigration programs, executive and strategic hires, and developing forward-thinking immigration strategies that enable organizations to attract, retain and mobilize global talent.
Zohra is recognized for providing practical, business-focused advice that balances immigration compliance with commercial objectives. She works closely with HR, Talent Acquisition and Global Mobility leaders to develop scalable immigration programs, anticipate regulatory changes and help organizations navigate an evolving immigration landscape with confidence.
