Cara Zwibel received her B.A. (Hons) in Political Science from McGill University, her LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School, and her LL.M. from New York University. She was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2005 after clerking for the Honourable Justice Ian Binnie of the Supreme Court of Canada. Cara worked as an Associate at a large national law firm before joining the Canadian Civil Liberties Association (CCLA) as Director of the Fundamental Freedoms Program. She is currently Counsel in the Constitutional Law Branch at Ontario’s Ministry of the Attorney General. Cara has appeared as counsel in constitutional cases before all levels of court.
