Osgoode Professor Jamie Cameron will present a paper on “Legality, Legitimacy and Constitutional Amendment in Canada” on April 12, 2016 at a Yale University Law School conference to mark the 150th anniversary of the Canadian Constitution.
The conference, titled Canada in the World: Comparative Perspectives on the Constitution of Canada, is sponsored by the Oscar M. Ruebhausen Fund and the MacMillan Center for International and Area Studies at Yale.
