The eClass LMS is Osgoode’s Learning Management system, containing powerful features for you to post course materials and collaborate with your class.

E-mail and Calendaring

E-mail and calendaring using a branded @osgoode.yorku.ca e-mail through Microsoft 365 Outlook.

File Access Service

The File Access Service (FAS) provides secure, network storage space.

Lecture Recordings

Lecture recordings are available for students requiring accommodations.  Lecture halls in the Ignat Kaneff Building are equipped with recording facilities for instructors.

Loaner Laptops

For convenience, the Loaner Laptops service has laptops available for short term loan from the Law Library.

MachForm

MachForm offers online forms that can be designed for distribution to gather data, and make it easy for clients to request services.

Mailing Lists

Mailing lists are available to communicate to groups of people, including faculty, staff, the student body and students enrolled in courses.

Internet Connectivity

Internet connectivity is available on York campuses.  Virtual Private Networking (VPN) can be used for secure connections to hosted computing services.

Mobile Phones

Mobile phones and service plans can be purchased through our vendor partnership.

Printing and scanning services are available in the Ignat Kaneff Building.

SharePoint and OneDrive

SharePoint and OneDrive provide secure and convenient file storage and collaboration.

Software is available to faculty and stuff for their workstations and mobile devices.

Video conferencing and chat services are available through Zoom Meetings and Microsoft Teams.

Workstations are managed by Osgoode ITS for faculty and staff, and provide the hardware requirements for everyday computing needs.
