Important Note for Fall/Winter 2021-22

Synchronous: If you are teaching a hybrid in person class and are connecting with remote participants, you will need to connect based on the classroom being used.

  • 1005 (Moot Court) – Partial HyFlex: The Moot Court has a built-in camera, but does not have audience mics. Have in-person students connect to the Zoom session on their laptops to ask questions and participate in the chat, for the benefit of remote participants.
  • 0002 / 2001 – Full HyFlex: These rooms have built-in cameras, additional reference screens and audience microphones.
    • Note: 2001 is currently being converted to HyFlex, and will not be ready until September 27th.
  • Other Rooms – No HyFlex: If you are in a classroom without a built-in camera, connect your laptop and the classroom PC to the Zoom session. Your laptop can be used for the camera; the classroom PC to share the screen.  Have in-person students connect to the Zoom session on their laptops to ask questions and participate in the chat, for the benefit of remote participants.
